July 25 our animals...Mami and me...Gramma Matrina gave Bella this dress - I took the opportunity to have a photo of us together...
July 21 lil' swimmer...I waited quite a while to take her into the pool (nervous mother), but she LOVES it (and naps for 2 whole hours afterwards :))
sleep...zzzzzzzzI finally had to do it - let her "cry it out" - it was heartwrenching for the mami. She screamed for two hours the first night and an hour and a half the second - of course unbeknownst to her, I was right there the whole time.
I don't know how she was able to scale so many octaves and find different shrieks that would jar me to the bone. It is a gift!
My mother has been saying " you'll just have to let her cry it out" - now my mother is on alert, panicked and the first to notify me that "she is crying, she is crying" - so much for that!
I now just bundle her up and stick in the chupi (binki) - although much to my chagrin she still prefers the thumb!
